Our technical presentation for our May meeting will be a presentation by our Chapter Delegate, Tina Holland, on the two upcoming ballot items for the House of Delegates meeting, to take place June 19th. These are important issues and our Delegate needs our feedback before attending this meeting.
The first item regards the new branding initiative, which includes changing “ASSE to “ASSP” as well as a new logo. This is a big change.
The second item involves proposed Chapter dues increases. I know you have something to say about that! Our Chapter does have a voice in these decisions. Please come and give your input so Tina can represent us.
In addition to Tina’s presentation, there will also be two short technical presentations by our President, John Clendenin, on Prescription Safety Eyewear and some OSHA updates, and by Don Maynor on the Caterpillar Safety Program.
